Gareth Openshaw is a strategic leader with extensive experience driving growth and innovation across the energy, services, and tech sectors. He specializes in transformational leadership and leverages a deep understanding of the digital landscape, data, and AI.

Caroline has been at CSMA since its inception and is responsible for commercial strategy, contracting, business development and client relationships. She brings a wealth of experience to the CSMA team, having worked in wholesale trading and then retail energy.

With 18 years of experience across Energy and Metering, Michael leads our Operational activity across Billing, Collections and Supply Chain Management. His team are responsible for day-to-day operations and are the first port of call for our customers. 

Lee joined the business in 2023 and leads Asset Management for CSMA through the technology solution, automation, and insight platforms. With 17 years at Centrica, including experience in metering and retail, he brings deep industry expertise to CSMA.
